Mehmet Kaya has started his career as a Tax Auditor in the Ministry of Finance in 1992 and he has resigned from this position in 1996 and he has started in Arthur Andersen as Tax Auditor.

Mehmet Kaya has a Sworn-in Certified Public Accountants license, and he has worked in Ernst and Young, Istanbul Office of Tax and Financial Consulting Department between September 2002 - December 2009.

During this career he has gained great experience in matters relating to the Full Approval, Tax Advisory Services, VAT Refund and Corporate Income Tax related to various sectors for the corporations.

Currently, he has been executive as Sworn-in Certified Public Accountants and Managing Partner, in the TRC Chartered Accountant Limited Company.
