He was born in 1969, in Sivas. He has master degree from Marmara University Institute of Social Sciences and has written master’s thesis on independent audit. He has the titles of Lead Auditor, Certified Public Accountant, Accounting Expert and Court Expert. He has also Corporate Governance Rating License and Independent Audit License.

He has worked at Grant Thornton International between years 1995 and 2003 as auditor.

He was cofounder and managing partner of Capital Markets Board licensed AC İstanbul Uluslararası Bağımsız Denetim ve SMMM A.Ş. which was established in 2005.

Since 2011 he has been chief executive of TRC Uluslararası Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.

He is Chairman of The Credit Rating Experts’ Association and member of Accounting Experts Association, Independent Audit Association, Institute of Internal Audit-Turkey (TIDE) and İstanbul Chamber of Certified Public Accountants.

He speaks English.
